i used a variety of materials and objects to create this 3D wall-hanging collage.
the glass is glued into the repurposed frame to serve as a surface to coat with resin, into which objects and materials are added on both sides, giving this piece a real depth.
adding to the depth, three rows of strung beads of wood and bone occupy a vacant space between the glass and the backing. the backing is made of vintage wallpaper adhered to a thick cardstock cut to snuggly fit the frame. the wallpaper is a lovely foliage two-tone pattern in pale olive.
this peice of art is unique and can never be replicated due to the uniqueness of the objects used.
